Quincy police search for bank robbery suspect

Quincy police detectives are searching for a woman who allegedly robbed a bank on Beale Street this morning. At 9:15 a.m., the unarmed woman passed a note to a teller in the Santander Bank, and she was given less than $2,000, according to police. The suspect is described as a white woman, about 5 feet 5 inches tall, in her late 30s or early 40s. Quincy police posted photos from a bank surveillance camera on the department’s Facebook page and Twitter account asking for people to assist in identifying the woman.
