A Boston Globe delivery truck and a pickup truck collided on Interstate 93 northbound in Boston early Tuesday, injuring the 37-year-old pickup driver, State Police said.
The crash happened at 1:05 a.m. near Exit 28 in Boston, leaving the pickup truck balancing on the guardrail.
The pickup driver was sent to Massachusetts General Hospital, where he was being treated Tuesday for injuries not considered life-threatening, said State Trooper Todd Nolan.
A 30-year-old female passenger from Wilmington in the pickup truck was not injured. The 45-year-old Globe truck driver from Halifax also was not injured. State Police shut a section of I-93 North while the vehicles were towed and debris was recovered.

In early August, an allegedly drunk driver crashed into a Globe delivery truck close to the scene of Tuesday's crash, sending the newspaper truck over a guardrail and onto an exit ramp nearly 40 feet below, officials said.
No charges had been filed, but the crash was under investigation, Nolan said Tuesday.
