A man facing a dozen animal-cruelty charges that allege he tortured a Quincy dog has been indicted on charges of stealing money from the elderly woman for whom he was a caretaker. Radoslaw Artur Czerkawski, a 32-year-old Polish immigrant, was indicted Friday on two counts of larceny of property over $250, one count of larceny of property over $250 from a person over the age of 60, and one count of attempted larceny. An earlier court session indicated that Czerkawski had stolen about $200,000 from the Quincy woman, who police reports identified as Janina Stock Czerkawski, 95.
