A delivery truck dragged a baby in a carriage 75 feet after the carriage got caught on the truck at a red light, but the baby was not injured, Lawrence police said. Anna Rivera, of Lawrence, was walking on South Union Street with her 4-month-old daughter Tuesday morning when she attempted to squeeze her carriage in between a pile of snow and the truck, which was stopped at a red light. The light turned green and the truck started to move with the carriage hooked to its steps, said Lawrence police Chief James Fitzpatrick. A witness stopped the truck and Rivera was able to unhook the carriage. The baby had no visible injuries.
