A Medford man has been arrested on charges of indecent assault on an Arlington 14-year-old as she walked home from school on Tuesday, police said. Arlington police arrested Patrick Barry, 21, on Wednesday after reviewing his probationary GPS log and finding that he matched the description given by the student. Barry is charged with indecent assault and battery on a child over 14 years of age, police said in a statement. The victim told police that the attack happened at about 3:30 p.m., according to police spokesman John Guilfoil, when a man came up from behind and inappropriately touched her at Summer and Mill streets.
