Police say that a Connecticut man assaulted two teenagers in a home invasion, believing that they had knocked down a snowman he built in his yard. James Knudsen, 22, of Clinton was charged with home invasion, misdemeanor assault, burglary, and other crimes Thursday. Clinton police told The Day of New London that Knudsen forced his way into his neighbor’s house, swung a pool stick at the teenagers, and punched both of them in the face. The juveniles, ages 16 and 17, had minor injuries. Knudsen was detained on $5,000 bail.
