(WOOL-FM), or Black Sheep Radio, went off the air to allow technical work and testing to its updated equipment while it waits for word on whether the Federal Communications Commission will approve its new license. ‘If approved, the expansion would increase the station’s listening audience from 35,000 to roughly 135,000, from White River Junction to Greenfield, Mass.
