Boston police arrested two men and seized four illegal firearms in separate incidents Sunday, police said. Early Sunday, officers in Roxbury responded to a report of a person with a gun on Blue Hill Avenue. Witnesses told police that Carlos Victorian-Richardson, 24, of Boston, pointed a gun at passing cars, and a gun was found in his immediate vicinity, according to police. On Sunday evening, police seized three illegal guns at the scene of a domestic incident in Back Bay, leading to the arrest of Cameron Carswell, 22, of Boston. Both men were arrested on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm, assault by means of a dangerous weapon, and related charges; Carswell was also charged with assault and battery.
