Unconscious woman found bleeding at Auburn Mall

Police are looking into what happened to an unconscious woman found at the Auburn Mall Tuesday afternoon. At about 4 p.m., the Auburn Fire Department was called to the parking garage at the mall for a female victim who was unconscious and bleeding under a car, said Assistant Fire Chief Glenn Johnson. Her breathing status was uncertain at the time, and she was taken to UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester in critical condition, Johnson said. Auburn police would not immediately confirm the woman’s condition.
