Vt. Housing Authority to use dogs to find bed bugs

The Vermont Housing Authority is going to be using specially trained dogs to help determine if there is a bed bug problem at the Depot Square Apartments in St. Johnsbury. Depot Square resident William Heath, who contacted the authority with concerns about what he said was an on-going problem with bed bugs in the apartments, said he received a letter from the authority saying the inspection will take place Feb. 28.
