Two die after dump truck hits wires in South Windsor, Conn.

The driver of a dump truck and another man have died after being injured in South Windsor when the truck came into contact with electrical wires, police said. Chief Matthew Reed said on his Twitter account Wednesday afternoon that both men had died. Their names have not yet been released. Reed said both received shocks Wednesday morning and were taken to a hospital, one by ambulance and another by helicopter. Reed said a Connecticut Light & Power crew cut the power supply so rescuers could treat the victims.
