A husband and wife, snowmobile riders who had been reported missing, have been located, Maine wardens say. The Maine Warden Service says a miscommunication involving the Greenville hotel where Lloyd and Wendy Blanchard had stayed Saturday night prompted owners to report the Brewer couple missing when they did not return Sunday afternoon. Wardens requested the public’s help at about noon Monday. Officials say relatives and friends called the couple and the wardens after seeing news reports. The couple had spent Sunday night at the Northern Outdoors Lodge in The Forks.
