A Manchester couple were strangled five days before firefighters found their bodies in their burning home, according to recently filed court documents. The death certificates filed in Hillsborough County Probate Court show that Robert Dion, 71, and Constance Dion, 67, were strangled with a wire March 19. The medical examiner’s report said they died within minutes. Police are still looking for their son, 38-year-old Matthew Dion, who vanished after the March 24 fire. Dion is wanted on three counts of possession of child pornography, and Manchester police also want to question him about the death of his parents.
