A Franklin man was arraigned Wednesday for allegedly rear-ending another vehicle outside a McDonald’s restaurant while high on heroin, the fourth incident in which he has been charged with driving under the influence, officials said.
Dominick Revell, 43, was found unconscious at about 8:50 p.m. Tuesday in a car outside the restaurant on American Legion Highway in Roslindale, where he allegedly rear-ended a 77-year-old Mattapan man’s vehicle in the drive-through, the Suffolk district attorney’s office said.
Revell was arrested after an alleged struggle with police, and arraigned in West Roxbury Municipal Court on drug possession charges in addition to the fourth OUI, the district attorney’s office said.
