Two elderly women found dead in Dorchester

Two elderly women were found dead in a Dorchester home on Wednesday, apparently from natural causes, police said.

The bodies were found at about 3:50 p.m. when police were called to the Trull Street home for a well-being check, according to Stephen McNulty, a Boston police spokesman.

The homicide unit is investigating at the scene, however it appeared the women had died naturally, McNulty said.

It was unclear who requested the well-being check, he said.

The exact address where the bodies were found was not disclosed, pending notification of family.
