A Manchester, N.H. police dog helped catch a man who allegedly attacked a store clerk with a baseball bat Sunday morning, according to police, who said the arrest left the suspect hospitalized with a bite wound.
Gedeon Karasi, 22, is accused of robbing 61 Market on Maple Street at about 8:30 a.m., Manchester police said. Karasi allegedly punched the clerk, hit him with a bat several times, and then fled with cash.
