The body of a man believed to be in his mid-20s was found early Saturday morning on the bicycle path near the Charles River Esplanade, according to the Suffolk County district attorney’s office.
A passerby discovered the man’s body just before 5:50 a.m., the office of District Attorney Daniel F. Conley said in a statement. Conley’s office did not release the man’s name.
Preliminary investigation did not show signs of violent trauma or suggest that a robbery took place, according to the district attorney’s office.
State Police are investigating, and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will determine a cause of death.
