Everett police are investigating after a 23-year-old man was found shot on Broadway Thursday evening, officials said.
Police first responded to a report of a shooting on Tremont Street at 4:56 p.m.. However, the victim was found on Broadway, police said in a press release.
The victim, who was not identified, was taken to a hospital for treatment. His condition was not known.
The shooting “does not appear to be random,” police said in the release.
