Concord man arrested for dispensing drugs that led to fatal overdose in July

A New Hampshire man has been charged with selling drugs that caused a man’s death, authorities said.

Ryan Smith, 30, died at Concord Hospital on July 26 after ingesting a fatal amount of fentanyl and methamphetamine, police said. After investigating Smith’s death, Northfield police officers arrested Spencer Grayson, 21, on Nov. 10.

Grayson waived his arraignment on all felony complaints against him in Merrimack County Superior Court on Monday, police said. He was ordered held on $100,000 bail.
