Rescue crews are searching for two missing fisherman after their boat sank 10 miles off the coast on Nantucket Monday night, the Coast Guard.
The “Misty Blue,” a 69-foot fishing boat out of New Bedford that had four crew members on board, radioed for help just after 6 p.m., the Coast Guard said.
Two of the fishermen were saved by another fishing boat. The other two have not been found.
Around 6:30 p.m., the Brant Point Coast Guard Station posted on Twitter that they had found a “debris field.”
Two Coast Guard patrol boats, a Jayhawk helicopter, and a second aircraft are assisting in the search.
