Officials identify woman in fatal Tyngsborough car crash

Officials have identified the woman killed in the two-car Tyngsborough crash on Sunday as 31-year-old Linsey Putzlocker, the Middlesex district attorney’s office said in a statement.

The collision happened on Pawtucket Boulevard around 1 p.m., officials said. Putzlocker, a Tyngsborough resident and a driver of one of the vehicles, was taken to a local hospital where she was later pronounced dead, according to the statement.

Two passengers in the other car were also taken to the hospital with injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening.

Both the district attorney’s office, as well as State and local police, are investigating the cause of the accident. No charges have been filed, officials said.
