Police in Framingham have identified two teens who went missing last weekend after apparently leaving a facility that housed a mental health program in that community.

Authorities said David Decoste, 15, and Kyreese Evans, 15, left a program with Jacob Weiner, 15, on Saturday.

Weiner, a Holden resident, had previously been identified, but the other two had not. Police describe Decoste as white and about 5 feet 8 inches tall, and Evans as black and about 5 feet 8 inches tall.

Authorities said the trio may be in Boston’s Dorchester neighborhood, Natick, Concord or Holliston.

Weiner was last seen wearing a green or brown army jacket, a red sweatshirt, and faded jeans. He was possibly seen at the Natick Mall over the weekend. He, along with Evans and Decoste, were all staying at the same Framingham facility before they went missing, according to Framingham police.
