MBTA riders faced delays on the Red Line upward of 15 minutes on Wednesday night due to signal problems, officials said.
“There was an issue with the train’s operational systems,” MBTA spokesman Joe Pesaturo said in an e-mail. “It resulted in delays of 15 minutes.”
Some T riders expressed frustration with the delays on Twitter, and maintained that the delays were worse than MBTA officials said.
