A great white shark named James was spotted off the shores of Cape Cod National Seashore, and a second shark was later seen swimming off Provincetown’s beaches, according to the Atlantic White Shark Conservancy.

The nonprofit reported the sighting of James at 11:44 a.m. Thursday on its Sharktivity app and on its website.

The same shark was spotted in the same general area June 26, according to the organization.

The group reported a second shark off the coast of Provincetown around 1:30 p.m. Thursday.

The sightings Thursday mean that great white sharks have been spotted off Cape Cod beaches three out of four days since Monday.
