A 46-year-old man died Wednesday as a result of an industrial accident at a hospital in Concord, Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan said in a statement.
The man died while working in a crawl space on a boiler system at Emerson Hospital, according to a preliminary investigation by State Police assigned to the district attorney’s office, the Concord police and fire departments, and the US Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the statement said.
Concord police notified the district attorney’s office around 11:30 a.m.
“As this death is not considered suspicious no additional information will be released by this office,” the statement said.
