An arrest warrant has been issued for a Brockton man wanted in connection with a drug investigation at a motel in Danvers, police said Friday.

Thomas Holland, 31, is wanted on charges of cocaine trafficking, possession with intent to distribute a class B substance and motor vehicle violations, Danvers police said in a statement on Facebook.

Holland allegedly tossed bags containing cocaine and crack cocaine out of his vehicle as he fled the Econo Lodge on Endicott Street Wednesday with police in pursuit, the statement said.

A search warrant was executed on Holland’s motel room turned up 600 grams of cocaine and crack cocaine and $11,000 in cash, according to the statement.

Police also arrested Jasmin Wilder, 22, of Taunton on narcotics distribution charges. Arraignment information was unknown Friday night.

Danvers police said no further information was available. A spokeswoman for the Essex district attorney’s office said she did not have any information about the incident.

A person who answered the Econo Lodge’s phone Friday evening said nobody was available to comment.
