    These photos and videos show possible tornadoes and waterspouts in Mass. and R.I.

    National Weather Service officials were working to confirm tornado and waterspout sightings in New England on Tuesday after several people shared photos and videos online.

    A series of thunderstorms crashed through Massachusetts and Rhode Island on Tuesday afternoon, prompting two tornado warnings. Forecasters fielded reports of trees and wires down from several towns after the storms.

    The forecast shows the rain will clear out by the time the first game of the World Series starts at Fenway Park around 8 p.m.


    As the storms rolled through New England, one Twitter user posted video from his porch in Sandwich.
