    Manchester, N.H. police cruisers crash into each other while responding to report of shot fired

    Two police cruisers crashed into each other in Manchester, N.H., Monday evening while responding to a report of a gunshot, authorities said.

    The cruisers collided shortly after 6:30 p.m. as they were driving to the area of Notre Dame Avenue and Conant Street, where the shot was reported, Manchester police said in a statement.

    The officers were taken to Elliot Hospital in Manchester with injuries that were not life threatening.
