Driver killed in Medford crash Saturday night identified as Haverhill woman

A woman killed Saturday evening when she lost control control of her car on Interstate 93 in Medford was identified Sunday by State Police as Florence Bisson, 58, of Haverhill.

Bisson was traveling southbound on I-93 when she lost control of her 2005 GMC Envoy about 7:30 p.m. for unknown reasons, according to a preliminary investigation, State Police said in a statement. She was ejected from the vehicle when it crashed near Exit 33, according to the statement.

All lanes on I-93 southbound in Medford were closed and traffic was diverted off Exit 33 for a period of time, according to the statement.

This crash remains under investigation by State Police.
