Pedestrian struck in Seaport District suffers life-threatening injuries

A pedestrian struck by a car in the Seaport District Friday night suffered life-threatening injuries, according to a Boston police spokesman.

The person, who was not immediately identified, was struck in the area of Sleeper Street and Seaport Boulevard at about 9:48 p.m., said Officer James Kenneally.

The person was transported to an area hospital.

No further information was immediately available.
