An accident involving two buses on a major highway injured 10 people Wednesday and left traffic backed up for miles. Lieutenant J. Paul Vance, a State Police spokesman, said the accident occurred just before 10 a.m. on the southbound side of Interstate 95 in Stratford. He said the crash also involved a tractor-trailer and a car. Vance said the injuries were not life-threatening but several of the victims were taken to hospitals.
