Santa is scheduled to make his annual arrival by lobster boat at 3:45 p.m. Saturday at Rockport’s Bradley Wharf (the location of Motif No. 1) on Bearskin Neck. He will then ride a Rockport Fire Department truck to Dock Square, led by local Cub Scouts, to kick off the annual tree-lighting festivities. The tree lighting is scheduled for 4 p.m, and the public is invited to join the Dock Square Carolers to welcome the season with song at the ceremony. A rehearsal for carolers is scheduled for 2:15 p.m. at the Rockport Art Association.
