Wilmington

Committee wants input on use of recreational area

The Yentile Farm Development Committee is seeking input regarding use of the multipurpose recreational area being developed by the town on the recently acquired Yentile Farm property on Cross Street, between routes 129 and 38. The survey offers Wilmington residents an opportunity to help shape the future of the 20.3-acre site by offering ideas about the town’s recreational needs. Both athletic and nonathletic activities are being considered, from a bocce court and picnic area to a dog park, a sprinkler area, and athletic fields. To take the eight-question survey, visit the Wilmington Memorial Library website at wilmlibrary.org and click on the link to the questionnaire from the home page.
