Committee seeks artists for HarborWalk project

The Gloucester Committee for the Arts is seeking proposals from professional artists for three public art commissions. Artists may submit proposals to design, create, and install new public art work in all media for the downtown HarborWalk. The project budget is $47,000, including $20,000 for one permanent project and the remainder split between two projects, one of which must be temporary. The deadline is Feb. 8.
