The Beaver Brook Association finalized a conservation easement at its annual meeting that will preserve all of its land from future development. The association oversees a 2,200-acre nature preserve with land in Hollis, Brookline, and Milford. According to an estimate by the Nashua Regional Planning Commission, as many as 550 homes might have been built on the property if it were not protected.
