Volunteer action group takes initiative

More than 100 residents traveled to Northern Essex Community College during the Jan. 28 snowstorm to take part in Possible Dreams, the sixth annual community conversation hosted by Team Haverhill, a volunteer action group dedicated to making the city a better place to live, work, and play.
