 Marblehead: Little Theatre, 12 School St.: “An MLT Valentine,” 7:30 p.m. Thursday and Friday. Fund-raiser including some of the most popular love ballads sung by theater veterans and newbies. $25 in advance or at the door.

 Newburyport: Market Square, flash mob to raise awareness for the organization One Billion Rising and abuse against women; Thursday at 5 p.m. Free. Visit to learn the moves; there are dozens of other flash dances throughout the region.

 Salem: So Sweet festival ends Thursday night. Includes chocolate tastings, shopping promotions, chocolate-infused menus at local restaurants, the annual Golden Ticket drawing for a gift basket, and more than 16 ice sculptures to view throughout downtown.
