The Lynnfield Board of Selectmen approved two more liquor license requests for businesses scheduled to open at the Market Street at Lynnfield mixed-use development, currently under construction. On Feb. 11, the board granted licenses to The Yard House and to Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse to bring the total number of alcohol licenses at the development to four. Previously the board approved a liquor license request by the Legal C Bar, and a beer-and-wine package store license for Whole Foods Market. Representatives of both The Yard House and Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse told selectmen that they anticipated opening in August.
