Police have online public safety survey

The North Andover Police Department is conducting an online public safety survey. Residents who wish to participate may do so by visiting the police department page on the town website at, or directly at The six-page questionnaire seeks to monitor and upgrade the quality of service delivered by the local police. The survey asks participants to reflect on their concerns about crime, asking whether such concerns have prompted thoughts of moving or a change in activities. It also tries to determine the extent to which certain quality-of-life issues are a concern — from dilapidated streets and sidewalks to stray dogs, vandalism, and unsupervised children — and whether the North Andover Police Department has been responsive. For more information, contact the department at 978-683-3168.
