Neighborhood hosts booze-free St. Patrick’s Day

The Lynn Housing Authority & Neighborhood Development will host its annual alcohol-free St. Patrick’s Luncheon on Thursday at 11:30 a.m. in the Community Room at 10 Church St. Open to all, the day will feature a corned beef lunch and the presentations of the Jimmy Lyons/Tom Muldoon Irish Person of the Year Award and John Sullivan Community Service Award. Entertainment will be provided by a local comedian. All proceeds will benefit Project Cope’s women’s residential program.
