Proposals sought for community services

The Office of Community Development is accepting proposals from businesses and social service agencies to provide public services for low- to moderate-income residents. Employment, housing, and child and health care services are among those that qualify for funding from federal Community Development Block Grants. Requests for proposals are available in the community development office at City Hall. The deadline to apply is noon on March 18.
