A Tyngsborough man has been cleared of six charges of aggravated felonious sexual assault and charged with one count of simple assault in a case where he was accused of luring children into his mail truck to “play house.” Frank Saucier, a former employee of the US Postal Service, was sentenced in a Manchester, N.H., courtroom to a year in jail with all but one month suspended after pleading guilty to the simple assault charge, which stemmed from allegations that he spanked a 10-year-old boy during one incident. His initial arrest was in April 2012, but he was indicted that July after a lengthy investigation that centered on incidents occurring between September 2011 and February 2012.
