Absentee ballots are available in the town clerk’s office for the April 6 annual town election. Voters unable to cast a ballot on Election Day due to an absence from town, a physical disability, or their religious beliefs are eligible to cast an absentee ballot. Anyone who wants to vote by absentee ballot must submit an application with the town clerk’s office by noon on April 5. Voters can apply and vote at the clerk’s office or by mail. Applications are also available on the town’s website, www.burlington.org. Voters at the election will be filing 16 townwide and 48 Town Meeting seats.
