Hallmark Health System, whose network includes Melrose-Wakefield Hospital, is asking Wakefield residents to take part in a community health needs assessment survey. The feedback will be used by Hallmark Health to plan programs to meet the needs of the communities it serves. To access the survey, go to www.hallmarkhealth.org and click on “Community Health Needs Assessment Survey” under the “Quick Links” heading. Meanwhile, Beebe Library is offering a free pictorial presentation by Bill Gette of Mass Audubon on the wildlife and plants he saw during a trip to Honduras in 2012. Gette will speak Wednesday at 7 p.m. To reserve a seat, go to www.wakefieldlibrary.org or call 781-246-6334, ext. 2. Gette is sanctuary director of Mass Audubon’s Joppa Flats Education Center in Newburyport.
