Town clerk requests return of census forms

Town clerk Mary K. Galvin is asking residents who have not returned their 2013 town census forms to do so. The forms were mailed to all households in January, but some residents have yet to respond. Inclusion in the census is needed for residents to qualify for veterans’ and housing benefits and in-state tuition at state colleges and universities, and to maintain active voter status. The town uses census data for planning purposes, and to apply for state and federal grants. For more information, contact the town clerk’s office at 781-246-6383.
