Mayor to honor dedicated citizens

Newburyport Mayor Donna Holaday is scheduled to host the Yankee Clipper Council, Boy Scouts of America Breakfast for Scouting on Wednesday to present Distinguished Service Awards to three citizens from the local community who have made outstanding contributions to Newburyport. The event will be held from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the Mission Oak Grill, 26 Green St., to honor Georgia Koulouras, who has dedicated many hours to helping poor and wounded veterans; Essex County Sheriff Frank G.
