The Haverhill Farmers Market will return for its 35th season Saturday with about 25 vendors offering products, including farm-fresh fruit, homemade granolas, local wine, and unique teas. The market will be open Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. through Oct. 26, next to the Haverhill Police Station at 40 Bailey Blvd. Market organizers strive to promote local agriculture and offer a vibrant, welcoming place for the community to come together. Musicians will perform each week and the market also will feature a free craft table for children. In addition, the market partners with a local food pantry, giving patrons the opportunity to donate extra garden produce each Saturday. For more information, including details on how to volunteer at the market, visit www.haverhillfarmersmarket.org.
