The Planning Board will continue a public hearing Tuesday on a proposal by Bunky’s Realty LLC to build a boat yard for boat storage and brokerage and related uses at 128R Water St. The project calls for a 4,500-square-foot building containing an office, rest rooms, a garage, and an outdoor boat-storage area. The applicant is seeking a special permit and site plan approval for the project, which would be located in the town’s Waterfront Village District. The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. in Town Hall.
