A proposed 94-unit development will be the subject of a special meeting by the city’s Planning Board Monday. The board visited the site of the proposed development, a 2.4-acre lot at 2 Washington St., on Aug. 28. The plans call for a five-story building with 132 parking spaces and 2,200 square feet of ground-level retail space. The site is now a vacant lot abutting residential buildings on Brazil Street. The Planning Board will discuss the proposal at 7:45 p.m. in City Hall.
