Voters will face more than two dozen articles at a Special Town Meeting set for Nov. 4. Most notably, selectmen are asking for authorization to enter into a lease on town property in the solar overlay district for the installation and operation of a solar array. They are also asking for authorization to enter into a power purchase agreement, for a period of no more than 30 years, to purchase photovoltaic energy generated from a facility located in that district. The meeting is set for 7 p.m. at the Town Annex.
